Accommodation has reserved in various category hotels during the congress dates – 18/21 May 2011. Extra nights are subject to confirmation.. Rooms will be offered on a "first come-first served" basis. If your choice is no longer available a similar alternative accommodation will be offered.
Room availability is guaranteed by ADMEDICTOURS until 28 February 2011. Late booking can be made after this date but are subject to availability.
The majority of the hotels are located within appromimately 15/20 minutes drive to the Lisbon Congress Center (Vila Galé Opera is the only on site). Shuttle bus to Lisbon Congress Center will be available during Congress days / Schedule ONLY FOR BOOKINGS MADE TROUGHT ADMEDICTOURS.

A written confirmation will be sent by regular mail or fax.

Payment policy

All bookings must be fully prepaid. Requests received without payment will not be considered. Upon payment a written confirmation will be sent. After 03 May 2010 only payment by credit card will be accepted.

Cancellation / refund policy for individual reservations

All cancellations/changes must be done in writing by email, letter or fax to ADMEDICTOURS.

Before February 28 No charges will apply
From February 14 until March 14 50% of the total amount will be charged
From March 14 on or in case no show No refund in case of cancellation

All refunds will be processed until 60 days after the Congress, minus bank fees applied and € 20,00 administrative fees.

Possibility to change a booking free of charge until February 28. Any change after this date will be subject to a handling fee of € 15,00.
