Registration is required for all congress participants. It is recommended to make the registration by using the:
Registration and Hotel Booking Form or register online.
Early bird registration will be closed on February 14, 2011. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as late registration.
Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Congress Organizers upon receipt of registration and payment.

NOTE: EAPC launches special action for care givers from overseas countries with Upper-middle-income economies (download list here) who can apply for a reduction of 200 Euro to the registration fee to balance the high travel costs. To this end, please send an informal application given the reason why you should be granted with the reduced registration fee together with a short curriculum vitae including actual position to eapc2011@admedictours.pt. ONLY requests with full details will be considered.
Please note that this special action addresses those participants who might not be able to attend the congress otherwise. Accordingly the (financial) need of the reduction shall be evident in the application.

Confirmation
All bookings must be fully prepaid. Requests received without payment will not be considered. Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of full payment (please send us your copy of payment by mail eapc2011@admedictours.pt or fax to: 00 351 218418959 or 00 351 218429719. Registrations and payments sent after May 01, 2011 cannot be guaranteed to be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation
Cancellation and changes in booking have to be sent to ADMEDICTOURS in written to eapc2011@admedictours.pt
In case of cancellation up to February 14, 2011, 25% of the registration fees will be retained. In case of cancellation up to March 15, 2011, 50% of the registration fees will be retained. In case of cancellation after this date and in case of no-show, the complete amount of 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
All refunds will be processed until 60 days after the Congress, minus bank fees applied and € 20,00 administrative fees.
