Poster presentation guidelines (Download PDF version here)
Please notice the following when preparing your poster:

• Poster dimensions should not exceed 94 x 240 cm (width/height) - (common poster size is ca. 90x120 cm)
• State the title and the authors at the top of your poster in easily readable bold letters
• Indicate the presenting author if different from the first author
• The text and the illustrations should be readable from a distance of 2 meters

Time schedule

The posters will be organised in two sets. In the letter you have received it states in which set your poster will be presented. Please also check online at: www.eapc-2011-org.

Poster Set 1

Set up: Thursday 19th May, 08.00 – 09.00
Removal: Thursday 19th May, 18.00 – 18.30

Poster viewings:

• Thursday 19th May, 10.30 – 11.00 (authors present at posters)
• Thursday 19th May, 12.30 – 14.30
• Thursday 19th May, 15.40 – 16.30 (authors present at posters)

Poster Set 2

Set up: Friday 20th May, 08.00 – 09.00
Removal: Saturday 21st May, 08.30 – 09.00

Poster viewings (authors present at posters):

• Friday 20th May, 10.30 – 11.00 (authors present at posters)
• Friday 20th May, 12.30 – 14.30
• Friday 20th May, 15.40 – 16.30 (authors present at posters)

The presence of authors at their posters

The presence of authors at their posters will be required only during the coffee breaks, in order to
permit presenters to visit and discuss the work of others.

Poster discussion sessions

Selected posters will be presented in poster discussion sessions. Two experts will discuss and
comment the posters and involve the authors in the discussion. The authors of the selected
posters are requested to attend those sessions and provide for three (power-point) slides resuming
their poster.
